Dear Nelly,
I have only been taking imodium once a day (1 caplet) in the thick of my worst IBS attack. I have been very cautious in taking them because I am afraid I will never have a bowel movement again if I take too many. I hate to be graphic, but how does that work? I take up to 3 peppermint pills a day and love them but still need to work out what doseage of imodium/gas x is right for me. Thanks so much for all your awesome advice!
Sam
