I know that most of us can't tolerate Sorbitol. I even had to give mouthwash up due to it. Anyway, I ordered the sublingual Trivita Vit B12, B6, and Folic Acid supplement. I notice that it contains sorbitol. But it is sublingual (you place it under your tongue, you don't swallow it whole)and goes directly to the blood stream and not the stomach or bowel, so I'm wondering if I can still have GI symptoms from it?

Is anyone, or has anyone here ever tried the Trivita Sublingual? I could feel results from the very first dose (more energy, less anxiety, mood lifted), so I really want to give this stuff a shot. If anyone has any ideas, I'd sure appreciate them.

Thanks,
Meg
