Hi everyone; My worst attacks happen when I eat a piece of fish or chicken without enough in my system for the particular food to buffer against. Other times it is when I plain just don't eat enough and then my stomach really hurts . A good exapmle of this is day before yesterday I thought I was having a good day and eating enough and had chicken for supper. OF COURSE, THE NEXT DAY it hit me, the can thing happened. So, then I tend to overcompensate by eating until I can't eat anymore or feel Ihave had enough. That was last night, it ended up that I had too much to eat, my family always say better too much than too little. Usually I agree, but this time it was really too much and when I wengt to bed I felt uncomfortable with it,and what happens, you guessed it, I compensate the other waqy by drinking too much and end up feeling empty again. tHAT IS where I am now, with my stomach not feeling satisfied enough and hurting. That is why I have a problem with supplements. I would rather be full of food, than pills, even if it is fibre pills. I never know if pills would really fil, me up or just give the impression of fullness. I did by some for my trip but I don't know if I will use them or not, It will depend. For the next two days I have to get myself back to normal and just eat as I usually do until I am comfortable again.
