I think I've been on that other board before finding this one. This one is much easier to navigate around. I don't really remember what their "philosopy" was. Like if insolubles should be only taken after soluble, is SFS are promoted, if they push high fiber wheat products or not. I didn't register or stay there long enough. And I've gotten quite attached to the people on this sight---best people in the world I'm convinced.

Plus, I am confused enough without reading yet other theories on how to treat this bloody IBS!

What is the next probiotic you are going to try? So far, I have tried Jarrow EPS (current one), Primal Defense(way expensive), Udo's Choice, and also PB8 without the FOS kind. Oh, when I was severely D (which is hard to believe now considering how C I am) I was taking Culturell. That was great for the D. But now that I am C, don't know if the first 4 I listed did anything. I figure they can't hurt though since there is so much positive literature on them in the Research Library.
