I don't know a durn thing about inositol, but the name makes me a little leary. Many laxatives (which as you know are no-no's) end in "-tol", like mannitol for instance. I do strongly recommend a probiotic. I've been taking acidolphilus for years now and it definitely helps. And just to double check you on the basics, here's a link to a reply I just posted to Beth.
