I started off taking 2mg twice daily, now taking 6 mg twice daily. My Doctor at Yale University just put me on Bentyl also (besides the zelnorm). She also recommended that I stop taking the acacia and switch to miralx. I take the zelnorm for IBS/pain predominant symtoms.
