I switched back to Miralax a couple days ago because I was having intestinal cramps. Before that, I felt very good on Zelnorm. I was on vacation last week & got soo C that not even my normal dose of Zelnorm helped much. The whole vacation routine might be the cause of the cramping. I'm certainly not throwing away my Zelnorm. If the Miralax doesn't make me feel "normal," I'll try the Zelnorm again! My doctor said she doesn't think it's a problem to take Zelnorm long term. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
