I feel a little better after having that one cup of tea, a little affraid to eat anything now, ugh!!!
Is nausia a common thing for IBS, can decide if it's the IBS or if I'm coming down with something, although I have been nausious through the past couple of weeks, thought it was my period, but that is ending now, so don't know.
