you are feeling so bad. Perhaps you did too many triggers at once? That was a lot of challenges at one sitting!
BTW, my doctor who knows I do have IBS for sure told me to eat whatever I wanted! Told me to have Fast food Burger King whoppers with raw onions and mayo, Krispi kreme donuts, fast food french fries, etc! Only said I needed to stay away from was dairy, otherwise everything else is up for grabs! Yikes, no way!
Sorry you are suffering this morning.  So you think it is IBS or you think you just overdid it last night with all those rough to digest foods?
