Well I went out for dinner last night and tested my doctor's suggestion of "eat whatever you want". I had a $50 gift certificate for an Italian restaurant so my BF and I went last night.
I had two buns with butter...gasp... a Caesar salad....bigger gasp, pasta with grilled veggies in a tomato sauce and tiramasu (which contains coffee) for dessert. What's the verdict? I feel sooooo AWFUL today. Bad 'd', cramps, nausea and yuckiness. That little experiment taught me a valuable lesson. Smarten up and only eat safe foods.
