I think it's a combo of everything. I don't think there is any strong evidence to think Vit E isn't safe though. Here is a good site with facts -- and I visited many others. http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamine.asp I think I might have found one site that warned about Vit E and about 10 that said it was safe.
