Hi Both my sister and I were IBS free while pregnant . Me two times, her once. It was a wonderful 9mths! I too could eat just about anything. I didn't have too much trouble with constipation that I can remember and if I did, hey being constipated once in a while isn't all that bad when you have D all the time! Good luck with your baby making and don't worry about IBS. There are a lot of threads about us who were IBS free while pregnant!
P.S. where in Phila are you at? I grew up in Roxborough and still have relatives there. I now live about 20 miles from Allentown.
