Thanks for the input Kenneth - I didn't mention that I use the powdered Metamucil as well as the biscuits. I picked some up last night at an IDA drugstore. I really like them as well, they have become my afternoon snack at my desk! I just wondered if there was any difference between the Metamucil and Benefiber. Metamucil generally works for me, but I've had a bad few days (too much wine at BBQ's!) I think I'm going to start a food diary - sometimes I eat before I think. Leah
