I had a hidascan done last week and found my GB was functioning at 51% so thought that wasn't my problem. Doc called me that afternoon which really isn't my doc but my real doc was on vacation and he told me to go see our surgeons to about getting it removed. Working in a hospital you kinda get special treatment when you aren't feeling real well. I'm supposed to go tomorrow to see surgeon but am cancelling so that I can see my normal doc to see what she suggests and where to go from here. I've had a real good last 6-7 days. I've had one bout of D after eating a little bit of sausage and cheese topping off a Pizza Hut pizza, 5-6 cheese cubes, 2 strawberries, and 2 bites of dirt pudding on New Year's Eve. I've been living on chicken, potatoes, jello, veggies, dry cheerios, pretzels, and sprite. I've lost quite a bit of weight and can fit in jeans I haven't been able to wear in a while. I've been slightly nauseated only a couple of times in the last week. Now when I sit down to eat I get a full feeling not long after I eat. Hopefully tomorrow the doc will help out with the GB delimma or see about running more tests.
I hate getting old!
