Maybe you need to keep increasing. Most people use Colace stool softener I believe. That's the one I'm trying. GL I am in same position as you! I am thinking of trying acacia over the citrucel or even trying metamucil as other C people find they need the psylium to push things out. I heard that if you take it at night, the bloating occurs during the night so you don't notice it as much, then have the BM in morning.
