My book should arrive shortly but I hope you don't mind me asking such a simple question. It may sound like common sense but I have been making so many mistakes in the attempt to help myself lately that I don't even know WHAT to eat! For example, with all this chronic constipation and related pain, I attempted to increase my insoluble fiber at Dr's suggestion. So I found this cereal made by Kashi that is all whole grains and has 10g insoluble fiber in it. Let's just say that a week of that every morning and I was feeling MUCH MUCH worse! To say the least. From what you all are sharing that was the worst thing to do. So anyway, back to my question - my husband is out of town and so I'm not planning to cook any big dinner tonight, think I'll just take the kids out somewhere fun, what take out or fast food do you all find is safe? I like just about everything, it just doesn't like me!! Thanks!
