To be honest, I can't say I noticed much difference. Sometimes I think it's all in my head that something works or not. Because when I ran out, I felt it got a little worse. I tend to be IBS-D. Now I'm taking a probiotic and I've stabilized so I really don't think it's much different than that. I know everyone is different and you may want to try it.
