I've tried it. Didn't do a thing for me. I called the company and they could offer no information such as amount of fiber in the product, what type of probiotic. They just kept saying it would cure all my IBS symptoms and it was all I would need to take.

In my opinion, you are better off with taking SFS and probiotics separately. But as Jessica said, everyone is different,so it might be helpful for you. If you call the 800 number they will send you a free sample, but it takes over a month to get it.

Let us know how it works for you. If you have success, maybe I'll have to rethink this and try it again. Do a search on the boards as this topic has been discussed a lot in the past.
