I ordered the 2 books, tummy tea and peppermint caps. I have not taken my prescription for 1 month and have had "d" only a couple of times. It is nice to have a regular bm! Coffee is gone forever and I will never look back. I have bought several teas and hot tea in the am is just as good - wait..TONS better than coffee!!! I have even lost weight and my clothes fit so much better because of no bloating! Peppermint caps all the way! I can't wait to go see my doctor for my yearly exam because I am taking all this information to her to give all her patients who have IBS. I may even buy the books for her office.
