Ruchie - you may be able to get videos as well as books at the library also. Getting them from the library, or even renting, is a great way to check it out first before spending the money on something that may not work for you.
I tried the Pilates for Dummies also. It's a great video, but unfortunately I'm a big klutz with no coordination whatsoever, so it didn't work out for me. The Tae-bo is really good. I really liked doing them, but my knee didn't. I have a bad knee that gets aggravated by some workouts.
The only exercise I found I can do is the Leslie Sansone walking videos. I have one that has a little kickboxing in it that doesn't hurt my knee. I have another that's got a little yoga in it.
But, my favorite exercise of all (besides swimming) is walking my dog...she makes it fun. She's just too cute!
