I had a constant sharp pain on my left side (which got worse if I tried to walk or go to the bathroom) right where my ovary is, and I swore that I could feel my ovary sticking out of my abdomen. I had an ultra sound done and sure enough, it was severe constipation! The kind that only medicine will take care of.
