I find that my symptoms lessen somewhat when I do Pilates. I use the video Pilates for Dummies, which is a great instructional 30-minute workout. Unfortunately, sometimes I'm in too much pain or too uncomfortable to do this. But the benefits are two-fold: it's a great workout for strengthening your body and increasing your flexibility (and great for weight loss), and it does kinda "get things moving". The hardest part for me is to get into a routine, pushing past the pain and fatigue, and just doing the dang video. I haven't done it in a while, but this post reminded me of the great benefits of working out. THANKS!!

I also do a couple of yoga postures, which help relax me and stretch me out. Check out my post in the Yoga forum. Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss is one of the videos that I use.
