My hubby and I are packing up to move, deciding what to keep and what to get rid of, and he has a rowing machine! I tried it our yesterday...it's a lot of fun! I'm wondering if anyone has any rowing tips? How can I get the most out of this workout?
A while ago I asked folks for exercise tips. I wanna ask you again...what do you do for exercise? I was walking...and it wasn't working out for me. I got bored I think I need some diversity in my workout. A gym isn't an option right now. Any ideas?
