I don't know about you guys, but the stimulation of the Christmas season along with the stress at work has given me a nasty D flare-up. I've been on the bland food diet for the past couple of days and so far (knock on wood) everything's holding. I'm afraid if I eat the food at Christmas dinner (nothing bland there, believe me), I'll be asking for trouble. Plus, I'm burned out and don't feel up to visiting. I don't even want to go to my job's staff dinner celebration. Am I being a scrooge?
