As for the chewable fiber pills, if they're not doing anything positive, I'd ditch them. A better fiber supplement is out there fore you. Try acacia, benefiber, equalactin (wal mart). There are some better brands. A lot of the normal fiber supplements can only make things worse for you. It's important to get on the right supplement. Keep up with your peppermint tea.
