I am thinking of this one next, if I have the energy to even try one more thing. As I wrote in a post under Gigi's I'm finding myself often praying for a peaceful trip to Heaven over all this. Sound extreme, but I'm actually at that point. Hope the Benefiber is bringing you some help. Doesn't it cause cramps, gas, or bloat? How much did you start at? Thanks for caring, sweetie.
