Fiber Question       07/03/03 02:28 PM Edit Reply Quote Chris Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 30 Loc: Kansas I have just started taking Citrucel Fiber today, I took 1 teaspoon of the powder and mixed it with a glass if water, now I am starting to have bad colon cramps, I have not had an attack yet, but it feels like on is about to happen.
