Did the people at whole foods give you any info on the product such as if it is only for IBS-D? Or do you know if it can help with IBS-C ? Maybe if it helps so well for D, it might actually make C worse. I am currently searching for a probiotic and would try this one if it could help a C person as well. Any info?
