I have breakfast two hours later. My second dose is taken around 1:30PM and I eat lunch around 2:30PM. My last dose for the day is taken before bed. I have to agree with Linz, "don't get to stressed about this"; stress can cause all kinds of problems with our "special" tummies including C. You want be able to find out or do everything in a few days. I can appreciate how you feel, but if you don't relax you are going to have an even worse time.
