I'm typically C not D with lots of P (how do you like that?) but point is I can handle the low fat peanut butter on a soluble base, it's quite a treat! Now, I tried it on raw celery there for a while, what a big no no - yikes!! I also love peanut butter on apple slices but haven't been able to enjoy that for a while, either, maybe one day I'll be able to tolerate that fine again. Good luck!
