Hello everyone, first time poster here. I am 22 and have had IBS for about 3 years now. I was pretty much unaffected by it until a couple of months ago. Recently i have also been diagnosed with Non Ulcer Dsypepsia, the equivalent of Upper Gut IBS. My main concern is the nausa and pain i feel in the morning after breakfast. My stomach seems to tolerate lunch and dinner 10 times better. But anyway, I was wondering what i should be eating on an empty stomach.

Please help poor ole student
Rob
