I eat the apple and cinnimon also, but my favorite are honey. as far as bagels go, i have a bagel every morning with no problems. I usually eat the sesame ones. But I would first ask whoever your buying them from what type of flour is used in baking... Stay away from the whole wheat flour bagels.
