Ok, so I go out to dinner, order teriyaki salmon with steamed vegetables and rice. Healthy, right? WRONG! When I got the plate, I told my husband the salmon looked fried. He said he'd never heard of frying salmon, neither had I. I knew it had been fried somehow because of the thin outer crust, but hoped it was "seared". After I finished, I asked the waitress, she said it's DEEP FRIED. I almost died when I heard that, knowing what was going to follow. The moral of the story is to ASK ASK ASK, even when you think something's safe it may have hidden dangers........
