Meals recommened for IBS-C anyone?       11/28/04 09:40 AM Edit Reply Quote jessica28 Reged: 08/10/04 Posts: 294 Loc: Phoenix, AZ I just ordered the cookbook, but am trying to think of some good meals that would target "C" and also that my hubby would like too. He also wants to be able to cook IBS meals for me. Just wondering if anyone out there has some good ideas or favorites that would work good. Also, the last few days I have stirred in Acacia with one meal per day, something moist or warm...is that a good idea? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
