Your most welcome!! Keep in mind that everyone is different but that is what I have found to work for me. I have always struggled with stomach issues but I started having severe symptoms about a year and a half ago. So it has taken me a long time to figure this stuff out for my body. And because I changed jobs back in May, I have been without health insurance. That is why I have tried all of these other natural remedies and my tummy is much happier these days. Oh and I forgot to comment on the multi-vitamin question you had. Some may find that they irritate them but I have taken a multi-vitamin my whole life and done fine. I am anemic (sp?) if I don't take a multi-vitamin. And I looked on the Citracal bottle this morning and it said that there is 80 mg of magnesium per tablet and I take 2 per day.
