Thanks for the info! So you only take one Jarro a day? I've been taking 2 and wondering if that is more a benefit for the D people and actually causing more C for me. You how much magnesium is in your calcium tablet? I read that we should take 2:1 ration of Calcium:Magnesium. I tried to separate tablets, but have given up on them. Calcium, I don't think my body likes it.
4 colace a day is safe, your'e sure? Did you realize it has sorbitol(bad) in it. I just read that on my bottle! Oh, do you take colace or peri-colace? Is one safer than the other?
I will look for your post on the brand of omega 3. Do you buy it refrigerated as I hear that is the only safe way? Do you need to buy it at a health food store?
And yes, depression is a biggy for me as well. Who wouldn't be depressed living with this hiddeous IBS . That's my favorite adjective for it lately.
Oh, I thought multvitamins were too hard on the system?
Do you also find that you need to add in more insolubles or do more of the brown rice instead of the white rice products? What fruits and veggies do you find helpful for C?
