Make sure your water is really warm... not hot, but close. Use enough salt that it makes the water extremely salty... like 1-2 Tbsp of salt to 4oz of water. Rinse in your mouth for a few seconds and spit. Make sure you use your entire 4oz. and rinse every couple of hours! -------------------- ~ Rachel (IBS-C) If life hands you lemons, make lemonade!!
