Hi Terry! Welcome to the boards. I'm new too, only found this site about a week ago and pretty much started my diet today. I do have "bouts" where I'm worse but I find that the rest of the time I don't feel violently ill but I don't feel violently well either. I think that's been the hardest thing for me, the fact that I've had this my whole life and have no idea what a well person feels like But I'm hoping with the diet I'll be feeling like a whole new person before too long and I hope the same goes for you!
