What type of calcium and magnesium do you take? What form:chelated, carbonate, citrate, and is combined with the magnesium? How much of each do you take in one day? Is it a specific brand? What about the omega 3? How many a day and what brand? Do you take these at different times of the day, with certain meal? I am trying fish oil capsules and calcium citrate and magnesium glyconate, but do not know how much to take of any of them, when to take them, or what brand to take! I'm afraid they may even make things worse, so I stopped taking all of them. But your experience sounds positive. And I do have osteoporosis already so I really do need calcium, but they are so constipating for me! Thanks for the help
