I can speak from personal experience that the magnesium/calcim actaully helped my IBS-C very much! I switched from the regular to that and really noticed. I also take Omega 3 (fish oil, flax seed oil and borage) which is proven to ease IBS symptoms. I swear by them both and haven't missed a day of taking them since I noticed such a change. Give both a shot and see what you find. It will be worth it to you in the long run!!
