FYI I just looked at the ingredients for them. 1 flavor choc cookie -has no dairy and pretty little calories- like 110. Mint choc cookie has a teeny bit of dairy and would still be ok for most people. But the others flavors have a lot of dairy and so need extreme caution. They are lower in calories than Luna bars - I think a lot smaller too.
