Hi Little Minnie My goodness thats amazing news that you have a flat tummy!! I'm so jealous!! I've been constantly bloated for years now and am at a loss as to what to try next! I've been guzzling the fennel tea lately - no change - and as you know the soluble fibre is only making things worse When you suggest following Heather's diet to get a stable bowel could you please give me some pointers as to what a typical eating day is for you? I'm just overwhelmed by so much information I don't know where to start. I know everyone is different but it would be interesting to see what a 'typical' daily menu would be for someone with bloating. Do you avoid alcohol and chocolate completely?? These are the hardest things for me to give up.
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!
