Hi,
I have started to cut back on my caffeine intake. It's important to slowly cut back, because of the withdrawl symtoms that you have been experienceing. I drink coffee in the morning, and the rest of the day water and any of the IBS teas. I also have started drinking Soyfee (Soy coffee) which has no, caffeine, gluten or egg in it. I order it from Soycoffee.com. It tastes really close to real coffee. Any way, quiting caffeine cold turkey is not easy or pain free, so maybe try slowly cutting back instead. That way the negative symptoms won't be so bad.
