Thanks for all comments.Actually,little Minnie,when I am "regular" as I think I said I am for periods on Zelmac,I still get bloated.This is what I don't understand.
Also,on occasions,I have a very good evacuation in the morning where I really feel I have expelled properly(happens rarely)and flat stomach straight after.But then,within a couple of hours,I'm starting to bloat out again!It is this that I don't understand.
I'm trying just now to eat more(appetite goes down when I'm bloated and constipated)and eating brown rice every day and soluble fibre.Stools are better ,but that damned bloating......
And fennel tea just doesn't do anything for my bloating.
