All SFS's work the same way in the digestive system, so unless your current SFS is causing you some kind of problem, there's no reason to switch. Example: when I tried Citrucel, it gave me D, gas, and cramping, even at a tiny dose. That's definitely a good reason to try a different SFS. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
