I agree that eating insolubles is very important, not only to have a balanced diet but also in helping your C. However, you might have a little more luck keeping your tummy stable if you consume more solubles than insolubles. The insolubles tend to make the tummy act up, especially if eaten raw. Also, you may want to cook your veggies well done, and blend them or puree them to make digestion a little easier. And make sure you're eating your insolubles AFTER a good soluble base.
