Rice milk and herbal teas are perfect. If you can't handle the full on "what to eat...." diet, try just cutting out ALL triggers for a few days. So no red meat, no dairy, no IF, no high-fat foods, etc. That still leaves you with the huge SF foods list plus fish and chicken. That's what I did for quite a while to when my D was really bad.
