I'm still confused at the different feedback. Should I assume that just because something is on Heather's soluable fiber list, that doesn't mean its safe for me to begin with, like quino, cooked papaya, bananas, squash, etc.
What is a good diet to start with and for how long should I stay on that? I try to eat GF, so I may not be able to eat oatmeal.
What foods should I start with guys. I'm getting myself so stressed over what's okay and what's not okay. I just want to feel better. Please help!
One more thing, how long should I stay on this basic diet? A week, a month, 2 weeks?
