Beth, This is pretty normal, even for people that don't have IBS. If you'll notice it's mostly foods that are Insoluble in nature..corn, beans, and some hard to digest meats---that sort of thing. In fact the nature of IBS is that you rarely have the same looking kind of stool everytime you go. Just take your time eating and chew things VERY well.
