After a couple of days start to add new foods, I started with chicken, then carrots, then peas, then white fish. Remember everyone reacts differently to different foods so take it slowly and add a maximum of one food a day until you have broken the attack cycle. I would stay away from brown rice, its hard for us guys to digest. I wouldn't be confident with adding spinach too early although I know Casey had success with it. Take it slowly and easily.
